I made popcorn balls today, and maybe for the first time ever, I didn't put food coloring in the mix. Popcorn balls are sorta boring without the color. They taste good, though. The recipe is super simple: corn syrup and sugar in equal parts, 1 cup of each, add a half stick of butter. Boil until you drop a bit in a cold cup of water and it forms a nice ball. Do you have any simple, but fun, recipes to share?
